Prices: Prices are firm.  

All Pens are Guaranteed:  All pens are guaranteed to be restored and operating properly, unless otherwise stated in the Catalog.  Under normal use, all pens are guaranteed for one year.  Within this year we will, at no charge, restore any pen which ceases to operate properly.  After one one year there will the normal charge for this service.

Return Privileges Pens:  You have five (5) days from receipt of the pen to return it for any reason. If you wish to return a pen, call, fax, or email to let us know. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if the pen returned is not the same pen and/or in the same condition as delivered.

Return Privileges - Non-Pen Items:  You have ten (10) days from receipt of the item to return it for any reason. If you wish to return an item, call, fax, or email to let us know. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if the item returned is not the same item and/or in the same condition as delivered.
